Driving Under Suspension

I never received a driving under suspension before. My license was suspended due to a unpaid seat belt ticket from tulsa that I received right before moving to oklahoma city. I had a clear driving record prior to this incident. I forgot to pay the ticket and was stopped 4/6/10 for speeding in a school zone I didn’t realize was there since I had never driven in that area before. Though I should have seen the flashing lights. I understand that ticket and am willing to pay but I didn’t know my license was suspended and also received a ticket for driving under suspension. Any info would be helpful. Thank you.
